Verifrs provides a platform for financial reporting and IFRS compliance. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).

  • Payment: You agree to provide a valid payment method.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Verifrs and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Verifrs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Verifrs does not provide legal or certified accounting advice. The platform assists with IFRS compliance, but final responsibility for financial statements lies with the user.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes.
